Setup in all event spaces includes tables, chairs, linens, an indoor dance floor, buffet stations, bar setup, plateware, silverware, and glassware.

Management
The Stoneleigh provides a dedicated event manager to oversee details related to the venue. For a seamless experience, an approved full-service wedding planner is strongly recommended for all weddings at the property.
Preferred Vendor
Network
The Stoneleigh is delighted to recommend preferred external vendors who may assist with florals, photography, videography, wedding cakes, music and entertainment, transportation, tenting, and more.
Custom Menu
Tastings
Menu tastings occur approximately three months prior to the wedding based on availability. The catering manager will provide a menu in advance of the tasting.
Guest Accommodations
& Room Blocks
The Stoneleigh is pleased to offer an online reservation booking link as well as a call-in option for wedding guest reservations. Courtesy and contracted room blocks are both available, with additional concessions offered to contracted room blocks.

Do you offer room blocks for out-of-town wedding guests?
Yes, we offer special group rates for your guests to stay in our luxuriously appointed suites and classic rooms. Your event specialist will handle all block arrangements.
Can we host both our ceremony and reception at The Stoneleigh?
Absolutely. With 9 unique venues, we can seamlessly transition your guests from a romantic ceremony in the courtyard to a grand reception in the Grand Salon.
Can my dog be part of the ceremony?
Yes! The Stoneleigh is proudly pet-friendly. We love welcoming your four-legged family members to be part of your special day.
